CONTROL PANEL

Contains the processor that transmits home alarm monitoring information to the Broadview Security central monitoring centers. For even greater security, the master control panel also operates with an enclosed back-up battery in case of a power failure.

INTERIOR SIREN

Sounds a piercing 95-decibel alarm that lets intruders and your family know that the home security system has been triggered.

PREMIUM KEYPAD

Allows the security system to be turned on or off by entering a simple numeric code. The security keypad is easy for both kids and adults to use and includes three convenient emergency buttons that can notify Broadview Security if you need fire, medical or police assistance.

MOTION DETECTOR

Monitors open areas of your home, triggered by movement and body heat.

DOOR or WINDOW SENSORS

Triggers the alarm system if a secured door or window is opened while the security system is armed.

GLASSBREAK DETECTOR

The glassbreak detector triggers the home security system upon detecting the sound of breaking glass, while ignoring the everyday sounds of thunderstorms, telephones and other common loud noises in and around your home.

SMART-KEY

Arms and disarms the home alarm system at a range of up to 75 feet. It fits easily on your keychain and can also be used as a police or medical emergency notification button.

FLEXSWITCH SENSOR

A combination glassbreak detector and window sensor, the flex switch detects the sound of breaking glass and if a door or window has been opened, notifying you as well as the Broadview Security alarm monitoring c enters of the situation.

COMMUNICATIONS BACKUP

Provides an extra layer of protection for critical emergency communications via broadband or cellular network in the event the primary phone line fails or is temporarily interrupted.

EXTERIOR SIREN

The exterior siren will emit a piercing audible alarm when the security system is triggered.

STROBE LIGHT

The strobe light flashes during and after an alarm activation. It can increase the distance of the alarm to help alert others that there is an incident at your business, as well as making it easy for emergency agencies to find your business. The strobe light continues to blink until the security alarm has been reset. This can alert you or your employees that an alarm has occurred in your absence before they enter.
